Obviously there is a reason why men remain fertile long after women of the same age have had their uterus fall out and their tits start to bookend their belly button. Men were bioengineered to father a multitude of children with a harem of chicks.

I think women cheat because they have no soul or character, but thats just a theory on my part, don't quote me.

I have a feeling that men use their biology to follow and conform to environmental pressures.

Could be, but environmental/cultural pressures come from both directions. One says that to be a man you have to fuck as many women as possible. On the moral side, there's pressure toward monogamy and self-control.

Biologically speaking, mankind is not monogamous. Men feel the need to spread their seed and women benefit from having many male protectors who think a woman's offspring are their own. Promiscuity on both sides. However, women are more predisposed to monogamy.

It is social presure that has taken us to a monogamous system, mostly due to "religion".
