I've used it a few times. Don't bother. I fell for the hype. It's a pretty good supplement, but it won't do what it says it will. I've gone through a few bottles of it, and I wasn't pleased with it but I never got my money back. Make sure you cancel your subscription or they'll keep sending you bottles. Good luck...
