You can throw one in if you want for the extra energy boost and small amount of extra calorie burning. But 95% of your weight loss, is going to be diet/cardio/weights.

I am about to start my ECA stack tomorrow (25mg ephedrine,200mg caffeine,100 mg aspirin) 30 min before workout. Is using ECA only 1 time a day good enough? my body fat is about 14% thanks
