Are ancillary-only sources legal?

It depends on if they're selling ancillaries as research chemicals (at least in US). If not, and they're just flat-out advertising to bodybuilders/other athletes, then they wouldn't survive a future Raw Deal. But I don't think governments are that concerned with the ancillaries because they don't give athletes a big performance boost, which is a lot of what this is all about.
Being domestic makes it easier for a country's government to go after steroid/ancillary sites because they don't have to seek cooperation from a foreign government.

What disclaimers would further reduce the risk for a legit overseas pharmacy selling thousands of NON-bodybuilding meds yet posting/advertising in BBing/steroid boards to increase revenue?
How could they trim their thousands meds long price list to appeal BBers (making ancillaries easy to find in the list) without looking so obvious?
They seem to be working for RC companies. Then again several factors are. Such as the form they come in, which for research purposes is liquid, no caps or tabs, which would be an obvious red flag they were for human use. Etc...
Look at rc companies and what they do, reputable ones such as rui, that will answer your question best I would think.
