no winny is its own ai.

actually it's not smart to run any ai with winny unless you are planning on competing.

either way i'll still have enough left over from before starting the winny. that way if it just so happens that i need it i have it. i just wasn't sure if i should use both or not b/c i didn't want my joints to get too bad from using both.

i thought you ment does winny need an ai...
i think now what you ment was adding winny to a cycle do you need an ai for the test etc... if that was your question then yes you will still need an ai depending on the dose and what your using...you can try wihtout but keep it on hand incase you run into issues

that was what i meant. good deal, i'll just lower the aifm dose a little and see how that goes and raise it back if i need to. i'm not prone to anything anyway so i should be good.

or drop AIFM completely, winny will dry you out and cut estro down as well as antagonize progesterone further reducing effective estrogen levels.

estrogen is good for gains/lipids/well-being libido.

winny will reduce estrogen levels from any aromatizing steroid enough that you don't need an AI.

if you are extremely gyno prone or are running enough test or deca you might need a very low dosage of an AI but drop it for now and add it back in if you NEED it.
