Click to expand... griffonia simplicifolia (providing 10% (100mg) of 5-HTP (5-hydroxy L-tryptophan) 1000 mg 2 tablets daily on an empty stomach. thats a basic guideline. if your 5-HTP has more or less adjust to where you are getting approx 200 mg of actual 5-HTP. hope that helps.
