I'm trying to lose weight. But I find it hard for me to lose fat because my body is ALWAYS asking for food. I know I'm supposed to eat 6 small meals a day. But instead my body wants to eat 6 BIG ASS FULL FLEDGED meals. And because of this I am adding about an extra 1000 cals a day into my diet.
Yes I have tried to eat less. Yes I have measured and weighed my food. But still!I want to eat MORE!!!
The ONLY thing I recalled that I used a few years ago that helped me to lose weight was a ECY stack. But I refuse to use anything like that again. Why? Because on it all I did was sweat and piss all day long. Not to mention that I was really super fucking irritable and wanted to punch people in the face! And then when it came to going to sleep at night....it just wasn't happening!
I'd like to avoid anything like this from happening again. The ONLY thing I liked about it was that it helped curb my appetite. But it did it a little way too much! Instead of having 6 small weighed and measured meals a day, I was having HALF of those 6 small weighed and measure meals.
Did I lose weight? YES! Did it kill my mood and sense of well-being? Most definitely. I would only feel better if I ate some food. I can feel the serotonin in my body increasing as I would eat.
Now...with all said and done. Is there any product that will help curb my appetite BUT STILL allow me to eat when I need to eat? And will this product help to give me some energy so that I don't feel so low on energy and low on mood from lack of food?
