APPETITE - Anyone use..........

Mary Jane when ON to increase appetite? Honeslty, not for the buzz, but to sincerely increase appetite so it would almost like "medical purposes".......very curious to see your results..........can you eat cleanly this way or do you regret it?
 
bro i use mj,it does increase appetite but sometimes for the worse if ,you have no good food around to eat you will end up eating crap.i would not recommed using mj just to increase appetite because of its other negative sides ,bro yoyr appetite is gonna increase when you start your cycle at least for me its does ypu will be killing the weights and your appetite will most likeley increase

Agreed, but I need to get 10lbs natty BEFORE I start............coming off a huge cut and dont want to waste my gear on getting back to my "norm" weight.........make sense?
 
I smoke on my cheat days but i still only eat good foods. its all mind over matter. If you can control the urges to devour a big bag of chips and a 2L of pepsi than youll be ok.

Thats what Im doing! Trying to get 230 before my bulker.

Lay out your diet and lets add cals to it
 
I smoke everyday and it helps me get hungry but then again i'm always hungry I never stop eating and when I do I light up a bowl. :)
 
B-12 increases my appetite. Of course I eat like a damn horse anyways. But Like others mentioned juice will also increase your appetite. But using refer to do that is nonsense. People who use it for appetite are usually terminally ill patients. With cancer, hiv, etc.
 
I have heard bad things about smoke'n, while juicin. I used to smoke everyday, not to eat but to get high.
Now I only smoke evry other weekend, if that. Only socially. But you know if you need to eat then do it. But usually when I am high chicken and tuna is the last thing on my mind.
 
what would u guys say b4 a workout?
i havent done it b4 working out. would i be able to carry on, maintian proper posture...
lifting be the same?... increased??
 
Use EQ, great increase in appetite and added strength and size to boot. I use it during both bulking and cutting cycles. Plus it's more of a primal hunger than just getting the "munchies". Weed and pizza go together too well for me! :evil:
 
aaaaah...i smoke before i go to the gym...everytime. when i leave work, driving to the gym, i light the fucker. i go the the gym...workout for a couple of hours...slam down a protein shake...go home, shower again and EAT!

so yes...i smoke.
and yes...i have one of the craziest appetites that you've ever seen. even eating healthy i pack on some fat...i think it's just too much food for my body

bottom line...it can only help.

So the concensus is smoke to increase appetite??? Would the increase in estrogen levels actually be worth an increase in appetite. I dont amagine it would make too much difference if you were on aas, but for those who arent, why risk it. It seems to me there are better alternatives. Who here eats because their hungry anyway??? For me eating more veggys in each meal never fills me up no matter what else i eat, so im ready to eat again 2-3 hrs later. Its hard coming off a cutting diet to a bulking one when your body has adapted to the amount of nutrient intake, so why dont you increase your macros in each meal slowly from week to week so your body will get used to eating that amount.

Seems like such a waste of $$...why would I want to use it and get to 195, when I should be at 195 NOW.......see my point? I got two weeks, hopefully I can put on 5lbs lean in that time......

Im with you JK. I've been 230 before on cycle, so I know I can get there natty. I started this new journey at 219 and Im now 223 and not starting till Im 230!
 
EQ doesn't change my hunger much...
How much B-12? How often?
