Apparently the UN embargo on Iraq doesn't include 'just for men' hair dye

Saddam Hussein is on Iraqi tv, but his moustache is black instead of grey like it was in the march 20th speech. plus his face isn't nearly as old.

The man who was just on TV didn't look like that, he looked 15 years younger. the real Saddam is 66.
