Yesterday I went off on this guy without realizing what I was doing. A good bro on here called me on it and made me realize that I wasn't helping the situation at all and I understand now why. I just wanted to be the better man and issue an open apology to showmeyourtints for my comments yesterday. As a biochemist I sometimes get frustrated with people and I want to go off on them but what I needed to do was help the guy out with useful info and not as much criticism. I tend to forget that I was once a newbie to AAS too.
