My Gym....Gold's Gym also pushes APEX. Something that came about in the last 10 months. I have a few friends across the country that are personal trainers and all their gyms push the same product. In my opionion, if its protein you looking for, then protein is protein. I currently am a Nitro-Tech fan but I will have no problem switching to APEX once I am back home. (APEX isn't available to me on this side of the world)

Just like any product, it will sell only as well as you can market it. Obviously APEX has pushed all the right buttons in that department. I can forsee a hostile takeover! Haha JK.

APEX becomes appealing to a broader range of people becasue they package up their products in a nice "Fat Loss" or "Muscle Mass" or "Optimal Health" packaging. This will catch the interest of an average joe thinking well if I take this supplement, it will help me lose weight, gain mass, etc... Kinda the lazy man's way of getting healthy. I think this is why it became so popular so quick. Is there anything wrong with that? HELL no. Some smart people behind this product. Their website is very informative:

www.apexfitness.com

Its almost like a one-stop for all your fitness needs.

What I would suggest to anyone is to educate yourself on proper diet and to evaluate your goals. Then read the contents of the package and determine if it contains what you need.

Well Im not sure if this is the kind of info you wanted but I hope it helps!
