the going rent is 1675/mo from May1-Aug31, I'm cutting a deal at 1450/mo during the sublet period. I"ll even throw in a Queen Sized Futon with the signing.

Oh, I'm sure it's a nice apartment and I know living space is at a premium there but to pay that kind of money in rent is frightening to a small town boy like myself. I have a 2800 square foot 2 story house....3 bdrms, 3 baths, nice kitchen, den, dining room, study, blah, blah, blah and the mortgage is $899.00/month with 9 years left on it. Of course...it ain't the big city but that's okay by me. Grrreeeeeeeeeeennnnnnnn Acrrrrrrrreeeeeessss is the place for me.........faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrmmmm living....da, da ,da.......
