so i have dropped weight lifting all together and have begun doing calisthenics. my joints were really bothering me and i figured a change would do the body good.

I have been doing this program for roughly a week with a slight caloric deficit and some low intensity cardio and daaaaaaam have i seen a difference. I am starting to notice cuts, my reps are going up, and I am seeing more n more definition n striations.

pushups at 1 time: 33 up to 56
pullups at one time: 11 up to 18
dips at one time: 12 up to 23

anyone following calisthenic program and see success??

Can I recommend one I used to do in the Navy and tell me what you think..

It's a pyramids routine with all calisthenics work..

Starting
1st set:
1-Pullup
2-Pushups
3-Situps
2-Dips

2nd set:
2-Pullups
4-Pushups
6-Situps
4-Dips

So you just x ur 1st set by two every set and you'll end up with this on the 10th set..

10th set:
10-Pullups
20-Pushups
30-Situps
20-Dips

After you've worked your wayup to 10 work yourself back down to one.. Granted it's easy in the beginning but give it a few sets.. This should take about 1 hour to complete, and for a personal note, I've only completed this probably 3 times trying it.. Only did it on my saturdays to make up for a day.. But it works great..

Hope this helps..
