Anyone with before and after blood test on tribulus (high protodioscins extract) ?

Tis is goingto be short and sweet given the discussion has been endlessly addressed.

Has anyone ever had before and after blood test done while on tribulus ? We hear all kind of opinions, but when it comes to science, it's best for all if we get facts and not the former. I'm not in away being hostile, or sarcastic here, but it'd be nice to hear from first hand users, and their blood test results, to see whether tribulus does or doesn't raise T to some extent.

No blood tests, but I guarantee you it raises test. production in ME. I'm convinced it depends greatly on your natural production rate. Like I said I KNOW it works for me.

Yep, AST and some other companies have done some tests and it can raise your test. over 50% if you take 1 gram a day (1000 milligrams). I have been trying it out, and I know my testosterone is a lot higher through certain means.(You should all know)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the herbal preparation Tribulus terrestris (tribulus) on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males. Fifteen subjects were randomly assigned to a placebo or tribulus (3.21 mg per kg body weight daily) group. Body weight, body composition, maximal strength, dietary intake, and mood states were determined before and after an 8-week exercise (periodized resistance training) and supplementation period. There were no changes in body weight, percentage fat, total body water, dietary intake, or mood states in either group. Muscle endurance (determined by the maximal number of repetitions at 100-200% of body weight) increased for the bench and leg press exercises in the placebo group (p <.05; bench press +/-28.4%, leg press +/-28.6%), while the tribulus group experienced an increase in leg press strength only (bench press +/-3.1%, not significant; leg press +/-28.6%, p <.05). Supplementation with tribulus does not enhance body composition or exercise performance in resistance-trained males.

I actually saw that study. One thing though, it says 3.21 MG of trib for every kilo you weigh. I weigh approximately 72 KG. so that means i would take only 231 mg of trib per day. This is one forth of what is said to be effective. Also when I saw it, it had no references to the routine used by the bodybuilders. Also like Manaroundthehouse, how can you tell me that tribulus has not boosted my testosterone and ability to lift more week after week?

Lets just say I have more faith in a independent and unbiased study of any particular supplement and feel it would carriy more weight than a study that is motivated by profit. The supp advertisers offer us colorful graphs and those hilarious before and after photos. They make for great entertainment but fall far short of specifics.
