Anyone watch 24 last night?

I think it's a pretty good show, but last night it lost alot of credibilty with me.
I know everythings not going to be realistic, but sheet, I needs to be somewhat plausable so you can buy into the illusion.
So after the pres crashes in Air Force 1, they realize they need to recover the football right?
So they send Jack Bauer with ONE agent for back up in a helicopter.
They get Marwan trapped in the power plant, with the football, and all they've got is one freakin agent? And they say this is top priority over the Pres? WTF? They would have a SEALs or DELTA or Rangers over there in a second. The whole freakin area would be locked down, I don't think Marwan would be able to grab the football, and hop into a jeep and just drive off. There'd at least be some real military copters there to blow the shit outta him. What an easy target right? A single jeep in the middle of the desert and they know its location?

All resources were spread thin due to the earlier meltdowns, which is why Marwan went ahead with that prior to the football.

Notice how Jack anyways uses a pistol. Hell I'd be asking for all kinds of weapons, but he is Jack afterall. His pistol beats your machine guns.

I thought it was pretty good.. I didnt like the whoel thing with them sending two agents in (Bauer and the one who got shot) they would have loaded that helo to the fucking gills and had teams of guys behind em.

The entire area would be sawrming with local cops.

But all in all its an awesome show. Keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Well in fairness, the plane crashed in the middle of nowhere....the desert! They had a tracking device on the "football" so I'd say they assumed 2 agents in a helicopter could recover it. They weren't expecting bad guys in jeeps.

but I still say the "Jack Bauer kicking everyone's ass with a pistol while they are packing fully auto weapons" is a bit far fetched.

Plus, how long does this mofo's cell phone battery last? He's been using that thing nonstop and without recharging and always with a good signal....even in the middle of the desert. I gotta get me one of those.
