Anyone watch TLC last night?

They had a show on called "The Man With Exploding Arms". It was about the "dangers" of steroid use. Full of miss-information but entertaining none the less.

It featured Gregg Valentino and his 28" arms. He talked about using the same needles over and over again and even dropping them on the floor then blowing them off just before injecting. The "Exploding Arms" part comes in when he gets this HUGE abscess that he tries to fix it on his own. What a dumb ass.

They even went as far as to say you can go mental and get admitted to a crazy house as one guy said happened to him. WTF!

Anyway it's on again Feb 23 @ 9:00pm EST. Funny to watch...

I don't remember the guy's name but he was a BB in the 70's and competed and beat Arnold at one point. He was the one that said it made him crazy and he was admitted to a mental institution. That's some crazy BS their spewing.

No I didnt get to catch it...might watch it when it replays...all these shows do (such as MTV's True Life) is show how the people that are using these drugs should really be evaluated for mental disorders. Steriods are dangerous yes, but they sure as hell shouldnt be in the hands of some idiot either. There are many "sane" well educated bro's out there that know better....but for entertainment purposes i suppose its alot more "interesting" to the public to view someone mental, then to actually showcase someone that knows what they are doing and benefit from it day in and day out...
