Anyone used slin after cardio

Is there any advantage using slin after cardio.

Does it give u another time window to see the full benefits of slin or is it only best used after a workout

First, there is no advantage of using insulin after cardio. Second, it's a big risk to take insulin when you're so glycogen depleted (post cardio session). In theory, the best time to use insulin is after a HARD training session with heavy weights and a lot of muscle trauma. In reality, I don't suggest insulin use to anyone due to the possible health risks.
 
Yer in my mind if u follow the correct protocol its not dangerous. Its only as dangerous as you let it be.

Inject slin - consume correct amount of carbs straight away, check blood glucose regularly have fast acting carbs on hand for 4 hours and dont sleep and eat meals when your sposed to. Cant really go wrong if you follow that.

From my point of view, it is risk vs. return. The risk of doing insulin is great and the return, in terms of gains, is mixed at best. You gain muscle mass but also gain bodyfat, and you create long-term problems for your self with insulin sensitivity issues; as well as an increased chance of getting diabetes down the road (and that nagging possible death problem). It's just not worth it. You can get the same results with either steroids, HGH or even IGF-1. Not to say these products don't have sides, but they sure as heck can't kill you where you stand with a little misuse.

I think its safe IF you are smart and informed.

After cardio would only be IF you lifted. Get some waxy product like PERFECT CARB in you...drink a little juice...munch on a Yam or Pop Tart. ALWAYS keep emergency sugar with you JUST IN CASE.
 
ive seen people use slin on cutting diets with low carbs. not the best/safest idea but as long as everything is prepped right, precautions taken, things should be alright. my training partner (ive said this a bunch of times) always has a little bag with cans of coke, hard candies, and chocolate with him. he has had the beginnings of hypo start but because he was prepared, he was able to handle it.

The dangers with insulin are possibly deadly, same with DNP. After over 27 years in fitness and bodybuilding, I can assure you, nothing is worth your life. I would suggest members stay away from both insulin and DNP.
 
If your weekly routine invloves a day of JUST cardio then thats fine otherwise just use it post-workout. Def. use ed though. Not sure if you'll understand my meaning. I'm a lil high right now.
