Usually I have no prblems with them, but today my guy in China says he can't pick up my money unless he has a letter from me to give to them saying what I am ordering and why, as well as (it's the kicker) they want a copy (photocopy is fine) of my passport. WTF is up with this. I went to moneygram to get the cash back and they wont give it to me now either. I am being fucking scammed by moneygram.
