for my cousin, it didnt do shit. for me it has nice effects. increased appetite(especially in the beginning), able to functionn way better on less sleep, way less lethargy throughout the day. i do 1000mcg (1cc) sub q with a insulin pin every 4th day. the AG kind is fine. its nothing miraculous and for some it does nothing, but if you do respond to it well like me, then it is very worth having in your arsenal.
