I tried it, lost some weight. It certainly suppresses appetite within hours. atleast it did for me.
I have heard nothing but good things so far.

Alpha Y does suppress my appetite after awhile, OEP for me was good in terms of fat loss around the inner core, but appetite was only suppressed if I did not expend calories per say. I got nice clean energy from it, along a nice libido boost which I know was from the Alpha Y and its dopamergenic activity.
