short cycle
I personally prefer short cycles because for me 8-12 weeks is too long. Also, I can't keep the intensity of eating and working out for 12 weeks. When I do it for 4 weeks, I hit it hard and I am perfect with diet and everything. Then I lessen the intensity and after 4 weeks I am ready again. I also don't advocate large dosages. What I do in for weeks is what I would do in 6 weeks so I don't go crazy with the amounts.
I don't do short cycle because I am trying to not stop my natural test production. Bill Roberts advocates that but 2 weeks is too short. I make my best gains in the first for weeks then I take a breather and do it againn that is my reasoning. I am still on the same amount of time I am off.
Also, psychologically I feel better with shorter cycles. I don't have to wait so long to do it again. Again, this is just my preference. I have done over 10 longer cycles and find that this works for me. For newbies, I still feel since their receptors are fresh they can experience more growth with longer cycles.
