If you know your food values anyway, you can input custom foods yourself and it saves them. Then, everyday when you eat, you can just go down the list and click it. You can then change the amounts, etc. There's also a food "search" if your not sure about values.
You get a pie chart for your Pro/carb/fat ratios, and a breakdown of EVERYTHING. The best part is that you can get to it from any computer.
I'm trying to cycle my bulking ratios (wo days/ off days), and this really helps.
