Anyone that rides....

I was looking at my rear tire today and noticed the ware/wear, which ever, is getting closer to the sides, about two fingers from the edge. How long was it before you guys/gals got comfortable enough to take corners w/o slowing or even start to stunt?

I've had this about 2 months and have about 630 miles on it.

just take your time bro.....learning comes with MANY MANY miles......when you start trying to learn to fast is when you go into that curve and go straight instead of leaning enough.....been there done that.

find some good riders to ride with, you'll be amazed at how much you can learn riding behind a good rider

I'm doing that now I just want to see where I stand compared to other riders and about where I should be at this point.

first off- may i suggest not worrying about how far your lean angle is for now...get comfortable with turning: entering and exiting, gear choice and braking early and/or late...lean angle will come with greater entry speed...600+ miles is normally not enough time in the saddle with a new bike to figure out its characteristics....this photo demonstrates the extreme of course by a world class racer...note rear wheel. this is a sick photo.. :p :p :p
