I bought some liquid glucosamine, each serving is 2000mg of glucosamine (2 tbs.)

How much should I be taking a day, is that one serving enough?

I take combo Glucos/Chondr tablets
Each tablet has 400mg Glucos and 500 MG Chondr

I take 3 tablets a day every day with food...

Expect some increase in flatulance volumes and stench.. Yea !

why liquid?

probably overpriced....lol

i use Sam-E. helps with the joints, and also mood.
it's actually much cheaper and higher content per serving.

This one is a combo too, but I cant remember what the other things are

bought it at costco, $18 for a 1 liter bottle

Yea, What Fattow said on it taking 3 months or more to see more results than the
previously mentioned Gas increases..

Also there are lots of bogus lower than label ingredients in mg with some brands.. Theres a web site that lists the tested brands and results..

does it makes your stomach queezy too, mine is feeling all weird and making sounds right now. I took glucosmaine in the morning with a shake, and I've had two meals since.

i have some bad cartiledge on my knee, figured it was probably good for it.

What kind of results where you hoping to see? I'm only aware of it's joint preserving/strengthening properties, not any feel good properties.

I take MSM and it seems to help with joints that are inflamed, or painful.

I took it specifically for my knees, they never seemed to get less tender. Might work for you though, worth a shot.

The stuff is a sham.

glucosamine 1.5g
chondroitin 1.2g

three of my pills give that much. I don't need them, but my father and grandfather have bad knees, so i don't want to take a chance. they are flat footed too thouhg, so I don't know if I am at risk or not.

and yes it does take a little while to do any good, but worth it in my opinion if you need it and can afford it. if you can afford aas, then you can afford it.

No Stomach issues.. Just a change in the lower regions for me...
But then again, I break mine up into 3 doses per the label on all of them.
