anyone take Fina without ALA?

anyone take fina and not take ala or anything?

I have only seen recently people talking about taking this while on fina. I use to just hear people saying to drink plently of water and you'll be ok.

I'm on fina right now and the only supplement I take is a multi vitamin...and that's only because I'm on a low carb diet.

I've seen good results...drinking a lot of water seems to be a must though...probably from the low carb diet too.

Funny.. I've been telling everyone to take some sort of liver/kidney protectors for years..

Why would you not?
