Yup... My rats are on a Clen/T3 combo now from PP. Stuff is legit!!
I've also ordered from EP there stiff is on par as well... Both companies appear the same but claim their not. I just watch for specials / who's cheaper to base my purchasing decision. DON'T forget those awesome discount codes!!!
