Anyone remeber the Brashier - McSorely incident?

I know it happened a few years ago, but I was just thinking about it the other day and Im wondering...

1. Did Brashier press charges against McSorely? Cause if so hes a fucker... He shoulda had his helmet strapped on properly.

2 Where is McSorely now??? I heard he was playing in Japan, can anyone confirm this? Not like it was a big loss to the NHL.

brashier didn't press charges, the NHL or the city the violation ocurred in pressed charges.
