Anyone read "The Bodybuilding Truth"??

George has advertised this book before.... and it looks intriguing.

But at the same time.... promises some pretty unbelievable things, and sounds a lot like one of the gimmicks that it accuses of being so deceptive and fraudulent.

Has anyone actually read this book?

its was a very good read for the most part but was very dissapointed in the diet section very vague and lacks any real diet information.

Don't waste your money. It's basically one person spouting off at the industry with no facts or references to back up his arguments. I don't mind spouting per se, just have some references to back up your arguments.

He says forget about bench presses for chest.... so what does he suggest instead?

He tells of a completely new abs exercise.... what is it?

He says there's one simple thing which will blow out your biceps.... which is....?

I dunno. Seems like a right ol' scam to me.

TRUE! No references or science is given.....

I read it, I don't believe a word of it, it's like me saying that nothing works because I SAID SO! I have many years of experience in the bodybuilding world as you all know, internet and real world. But, I would never put down other people's ideas w/o proof. There is absolutely NO proof given in the whole book, just a person talking and talking about his so called "ideas". It's not a feasible way to conduct yourself, but that's really not for me to judge. I wouldn't buy it...I read it though......
