Anyone play the video game "Quake?"

I got Quake 3 and that fucking game is addicting as hell stayed up late last two nights smoking fools. it is like a drug!

Have you ever played the original?? Rainbow Six GOD THAT WAS ADDICTING, i ruled at the game though, i was #1 on the 1v1 ladder for some time

And yes Quake3 is a very good game, but i still think Unreal Tournament is better

personally I don't like the Q3 engine that much. I prefer UT much more. Never got into games like rogue spear. Too much tactical planning. I just like blasting the hell out of people.

played quake though, its very kewl. the dreamcast versions quite good, but u need a keyboard. they 'updated' the weapons

We play Quake 2 deathmatch over the server at lunch. It's the best game that out slow ass desktops will run, but they do run it really well.

i play UT CTF instagib pretty much daily. shit is so fun. killing sprees and head shots...how can you go wrong?

yes I did pretty good game... but I prefer Rogue and Covert Ops since the graphics were enhanced.... but I missed some of Rainbow Six missions (Oil ring .........)

You guys should try a game called "Delta Force land warrior". The game's fun as hell, kinda like a mix of quake and rogue spear. The demo I played was in the desert(sp?), with lots of rolling hills to hide in, near an abandoned prison.

Hiding in the hills and sniping people in the head is completely satisfying . Go to www.gamespot.com and download the demo, you won't regret it.

I've had Quake3 for a year. Had to buy a Vodoo 4500 graphics card to play because my motherboard's graphics card wouldn't work on it. Unfortunately my computer would eventually screw up and get a conflict with the Vodoo card and motherboard card. It is awesome but gave up fighting with my motherboard over it.

DFLW rules! I love this game. My hubby bought it and plays all the time online. I fell in love with it after playing just once. Blows the rest away...nothing like deathmatch games......kool!
