Anyone own MS Office XP?

Does anyone who owns Microsoft Office XP (either regular, or Professional preferred) have a copy they can burn and send to me? My uncle just gave me his old computer that I'll be using for college. But I really need Office XP (certain needed features over 2000) and certainly cannot afford it.

If anyone can burn me a copy, I would greatly appreciate it and pay you what you think it is worth for you to do this....

What are the chances that the downloads I do find on Morpheus are not just crazy viruses? Also, I heard that each copy comes with a unique serial # that is registered on MS's servers and cross checked for duplicates? Is this true, and if so, how can I get a hold of the Corporate Key that was making its way around?
