Sorry but the not so mentally inbalanced might do bad things with them.

The one thing that has me wondering is why these mentals never do a big kill. Like those high schoolers at Columbine (sp). I mean myself and one of my buddies loose in a school could kill off 100, 200 people pretty quick. Pipe bombs in the rooms maybe 50 easy to carry. 12 gauge shot guns with 00 shot. Semi auto with a couple of hundred rounds. If I really thought it out I might even beable to escape.
