This weekend we are going to Kearns Lake... It'a about a 45min quad ride on a old logging rd, then a half mile hike. The elevation climbs about 800 ft in that half mile though.. Kids like to fish that lake as you pretty much just gotta show up and you get fish ...lol

First time I got my cherry popped, climbing real mountains, was the keyhole up at kokanee glacier.

I plan on spending some time this summer climbing some unnamed peaks up near Kaslo, off the east shore of the main lake in the purcells.

I just like to go some quite place where i can think but ofcourse with cold beers.
