Anyone LOSE WEIGHT on INSULIN?

Ok... I finished my cycle of Test Prop on a Saturday. I weighted 292 lbs at that time. I started my insulin the following Thursday at 6 units. I quickly worked up to 10 and today (day 10 of insulin) was my second day in a row of shooting 14 units. Today I weighed in at 280 lbs!!! I didn't use Clomid this cycle, so maybe that has to do with some of the losses. But I've dropped 12 pounds in two weeks! My strength has dropped some, but is still well above where it was at the beginning of my cycle.

What the heck is going on here? I know I blew it by not having the Clomid, but I figured the insulin would be anti-catabolic enough to prevent a crash. And thats the thing... I don't feel as good as during my cycle, but I don't really feel like I've had a true "crash." ARGH.

Well, at least I can run again.

Don't know enough about your aas's

Could some of it be water retention going away, and couple that with a normal come down? If anything on slin you shoudl gain weight, for or muscle depending on how clean you eat. But doesn't test in general have a rather high water retention to it?

yes test can have significant water retention. but prop (and other short acting tests) usually do not have this problem. based on my previous cycle which was sust 250 and d-bol, I retained virtually no water with the prop.

the reason i'm asking is because, although many speak of the ease with which fat can accumulate on insulin, i've spoken with others who swear it has leaned them out. i'm just wondering if anyone on here has had that experience.
