That's a good looking steak. Damn, I'm hungry!

it was, increadibly fresh and just a nice thickness to cook in a really hot pan, so the outside is nice and golden and charred and the inside is warm and moist and juicy.............................I need a towel.

the only thing that steak needed was to be grilled.

Hmmmmm, so you're a grilled man? I do like grilled, but in a searing hot pan, with a little oil and finished with a little butter is my favourite.

You damn skippy. That, and I eat my meat well done.

Just so you know (and anyone else that orders their steak above medium-rare), you don't actually like steak. Eat burgers instead. Same goes to anyone that uses sauce of any kind, no matter how fancy.

Until you've properly seared a dry-aged bone-in ribeye to a perfect medium rare, you haven't even tried steak yet.

Oh and to paraphrase Maddox, if you disagree with me, you are wrong.

True

Yum, I prefer medium to medium rare. I hate it if my steak gets too done. Nice and pinkish red though, not bloody.

if you let your steak sit and relax for 5 minutes after cooking all the juices relax back into the fibres, so it can still be rare, but without blood all over the plate
