the platinum is awesome - although in the last scene - they changed some of the dialog, the volume - and the gweneth paltrow head shot is right before he shoots instead of right after opening the box.

lovelovelovelove that movie.
it ranks up there with many of the hitchcocks in my esteem and is my fav movie.
the game, se7en, and fight club are all visually stunning, and se7en stands out as the best movie of all of them plotwise and acting.

I've got the DVD version that looks like the notepad. I can't justify in my mind buying mutliple versions. Though, if I wasn't such a tightass, I'd have multiples of that one for sure. It has different endings in the extra material section which was hella shweet.

david fincher also did the music video for A Perfect Circle's song "judith" He also asked maynard (from tool) to do the narration for an up and coming move he is working on, but apparently maynard turned him or something. too bad

visually, the only person I know that comes close to the feeling that I love of david fincher's is the guy that did the video for 'losing my religion' my REM and he also did the cell with JLo.
The Cell was a *terrible* movie, but amazing visually - I want that dvd just for the eye candy.

not saying these guys are amazing artists or anything - just enjoy them and think for hollywood stuff they rise above

Maynard said something once that I read where he thought of tool as his masculine side, and perfect circle as his feminininininine side.
I think the guitar in Judith has direct rips of tool sound from it - but the rest of the album - which I love - doesn't have that feel/sound. I assume they did that to pull in tool listeners since that was the first single released - although I would have bought it either way, I respect Maynard and want to see what he does.
