anyone know SAP Virtual Configuration Functionality

I have an interview soon over this tool.

it is for an entry level position and I have been doing some reading, but I have never used SAP and was wandering if anyone here had experience with the VC functionality so that I may get a very brief overview from someone with familiarity.
