Have an idea for a startup web site with videos on it that people can download, but I have no idea where to begin. I don't want to consult a web guy just yet and google doesn't seem to come up with many answers so I'm wondering if any of you computer savvy peeps know of sites where they have resources for people looking to start their own site (if that makes any sense)?
