It's called: SCENT-A-WAY 100% ODOR FREE AND SCENT FREE! Made by : H.S. Scents I believe he bought it in the " Hunting" section of GROCERY STORE!

I guess it a regional thing. Here you have an entire isle in the Grocery store dedicated for Bug sprays and insecticides.
