Anyone know any god joint healers

I lift 5 days a week, and played football for 16 years. My joints suck. My wrists, ankles, knees, and worst elbows, always feel stiff, and hurt, I was wondering if joint fuel, or any of those supplements work, and if anybody has any reccomendation.

definitely try MSM, I have tendonitis in both my elbows and it has worked wonders for me, also get a good GLUCOSAMINE/CHONDROITIN supplement, taking those all together should help you out tremendously.....

1-2 tablespoons of Udo's Choice a day
2-4 caps of Pro Flex 750

Worked and is still working wonders for me.
Definitely give it a shot.
 
MSM, stretching, warmups, periodized training, muscle imbalance, and proper recovery. Check out your whole approach, don't just try and put a band-aid on it, find the root of the problem.
