Coulda done without the pube shot! Solid work though bro! Wanna post your cycle(s) and summary of your training/diet?

It was mainly diet (ive always trained very hard- been training since 2000) and only 2 short little crappy cycles (5 weeks prop 100mgEOD(Nov06) and var 4 weeks 50mgED (Jan), just getting serious about my diet has made all the diffrence, still busy researching and learning about juice and planning my first wel thought out cycle for Nov 2007. Planning a EQ, Test, Tren 15 wk'er for end '07.

I train on a 4 day split:
Legs
Chest
Back + Bi's
Shoulder + Tri's
Then either take a day off or hit legs again - i go by how my body is feeling, not a set routine.
Always train bout 16-20 exercises (most to failure) and i consider 8 reps to be very high:)

Diet: Protein 400g, Carbs (only oats/wholewheat pasta) 350g, Fat: minimal 20g of flax/day and 5g of MCTs pre training.

first off good job, you look like your fucking on some tren already. second, how the fuck are you cutting eating that much carbs? 350g is alotta carbs for cutting the fat you've cut.

i sure am, that's my goal right there. that lean anyways. i started writing down everything i eat, calories, carbs, sugars, fats, protien. i started this yesterday first time ever. i see how one can think they are eating good but not be because you gotta add up the numbers. i am watching these numbers now and adjusting accordingly. i will get down to that. DAMNIT, i am far from that now though. probably 16-20 somewhere.

Alright bro first off much props. Secondly what's up with some stats, details on that diet and what the hell was your cardio routine like?

I remember reading somewhere that some people respond very poorly to low carb dieting and lose alot of muscle and strength.

I seem to fall in that camp and need a good amount of carbs, but can drop fat pretty low. Maybe he does too.

That's one of the best things you can do for yourself right there.
I know down to the cal exactly what I'm eating everyday.
Makes it easy to adjust because you already know where you're at.

yea I noticed after i posted it. oops.

Firstly, i started off writing down everything i was ingesting, but after a while i didnt need to anymore, i already know what im going to be eating tomorrow and the next day. The longer you eat "clean" the easier it gets, i cant even remember when last i had a little cheat, i just dont crave it anymore.

Yes 350g is allot sometimes it goes up to 450g - I must add that i do a hell of a lot of carido.

I try and make every meal 50g protein 50g carbs; except for my middle of the night shake, this "meal" is only 50g protein.

I feel my life changed when i bought a digital food scale, this enabled me to count and not guess ech meal's caloric equiv.

I normally train at 7am; here is my diet; please comment; i dont look like Jay Cutler so please give me some help too

6am - 100g oats + 60g whey protein + 5g Flax 5g MCTs
POST WORKOUT (08h30-09h00) - 100g oats + 60g Whey Protein
10h00 (one hour later) - 200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
12h30- 200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
13h00-200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
17h30-200g Chicken/tuna + 150g wholewhaet pasta (cooked)
18h00-20h00 - My sport training - this is my cardio
20h20- 250g Chicken / Ostrich fillet + 150g brown rice + Mixed Veggies
01h00- 60g Protein Bend (Whey, albumin, cassein) + 8g Flax

{Obviously there is non-caloric supplementation and vitamin intake i didnt include - i have to work as well:)}

Stats: i weigh 230 Pounds and im 6'1

I bench and squat (bum touch ankles squats - non sissy shit you see everyday at your gym) 400 Pounds and dead 500, i have been building the base for about 7 years, now im ready to take my physique to the next level.

Not exactly sure of the gram to oz. conversion though.
How many cals is that?

well I know you said only within 1 year, but this is what I have so far:

Feb 2006:

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g201/william_rand/before-back.jpg

June 2006 (after my winny only cycle):

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g201/william_rand/week22-5.jpg
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g201/william_rand/week20-4.jpg

I am currently on my 2nd cycle (test-e,winny,primo) and I am hoping to make a greater transformation this year.

Diet is clean, no need to get into specifics theres tons of advice on that, but "tons" of cardio like (30 mins on treadmill 7/week for 3-4 months).

Good job bro.
It's good to see people making progress like that.

thanks guys,...hey bigmile, I just saw your pic, (they were not loading yesterday) and shit you did a great job man. Whats the difference in weight? how much did you gain?..great job, keep it up.

I lost 10kg's !!!

At my before photo i weighed 115kg's and in my after photo i weighed 105kg's, so it has been a bit of a mindfuck training my ass off and loosing weight. Currently im trying to keep my BF at the same % (your guess is as goof as mine - prob 7.5-8.5%) while i take my weight back up to 115kg's - this is my goal for Feb2008 - watch this sapce:)

I obtained that with a STRICT DIET and a little run of test prop and var, but dont feel that the prop and var did it for me, i changed my lifestyle and that made all the diffrence.

Supps - well i see supps as food, a little bit of whey post training and casseinate before bed and during sleep helped me.

not over a year only 12 weeks, and a bit different than big mike and william rand, I was trying to put on weight not lose it

lol omfg. I call BS. Two tell-tale signs that it is beyond 12 weeks:
a.) Ridiculously fast hair growth
b.) Very pronounced I.L.S. It could not develop so quickly!

lol i was worried that was a side effect of the juice.. what's that saying? "it'll put hair on ur chest"?

i'm hairy enough as it is
Not just chest, everywhere else that you don't want it.

16-20 exercises per BP or sets per BP? 16-20 exercises is crazy bro unless I misunderstood - can't really argue with your results though, nice job

LOL - sorry meant 16-20 sets 4-5 exercises per muscle group. (Back maybe up to 25 cause there is so much to do:)

whats I.L.S?

These contest seem corny,

But they are great methods of motivation

If you are on a cycle, and who is not, and you know you are going to be photographed on day X, guess what, you watch your P & Q’s right up until Day X

And then dive into the cheese cake.
