Anyone in or around Phoenix

I am planning on moving to the Chandler, Tempe AZ area next month. I am having a heck of a time finding anything cool jobwise. I just graduated with an IU business degree, and I am certified for personal training. I am looking for cool gyms, or available job openings in the Phoenix metro area. Any one with any advice on any cool areas or gyms, I would appreciate.
