Anyone Here Use Nolv's Throughout Cycle?

i know someone that takes 20 mg's a day on every cycle and he stays extremely dry, is this retarded for him to do that, or a common practice?

I have used nolva through the whole cycle before,to keep water down though i use letro or adex.
