Anyone here try TRAC creatine ?

I just got a botttle of TRAC creatine from a fitness model who was promoting MHP products at my local health food store.

there is no sugar in it, & I was told It will harden muscles & give better muscle definition in 2 weeks. I'm suppossed to take 5 grams a day. So I'll see what happens !

I was just curious if anyone else has tried it, & if so, what were their results ?

PS: If anyone has experience using creatine I got a few questions I hope you'll answer.

1. I train 5x a week, Sat & Sun rest. Do I take creatine on rest days ?

2. I don't want to gain any fat, does creatine tend to add fat to your body ?

I took a creatine cycle when I first started training and hated it. I found another bottle in my cabinet that I had gotten for free and decided to try it again since I have more experience under my belt. I've been taking it for a week now and I can't stand it!!!
It makes my muscles feel great - big and round. However, the rest of me feels bloated and gross. It gives me a little bit more strength with weight lifting and as a result, ends up increasing my muscle mass by a little bit.
From my research, I found that creatine works for 2/3 of the people who take it. It works for me but I can't stand the bloating. I've read to take it every day, even on off days. I think you should try it and see how you feel. Everyone is different. No, creatine doesn't add fat, it adds water which makes you feel fat.

I stayed away from it becasue of the water gain, I hate any gain and water weight is not worth for me to get all crazy about.
 
Never taken it, never felt a reason to. It is very likely you will gain water weight, not fat weight. While taking it, you will most likely feel bloated and puffy. This is due to the excess water in your muscles. This excess water is what will help you lift more, get stronger. Water weight will be lost when you go off it.

Psychologically, I know the excess water weight kills many females. Even though logically they know it is water, it is still hard to gain weight and size from water.

If you take it, make SURE you keep your water intake HIGH - above 1 gal a day.
