anyone here shredded that eats a crappy diet?

i Apologize for such clutter, but the truth is between work/school/studying i dont have the time to make healthy meals and prepare them plus eat every 3 hours for that matter; yes i know they say if you really want something that bad there is always time to do somthing if you want it that bad. well i would rather put the extra time into building my most important muscles which is my brain, but other ways to get to the point, I am curious to see if anyone out there eats a regular 3 meals a day incorperating protien shakes who appears to be RIPPED. if so, how the hell do you guys do it? any suggesstions? and yes i am willing to take anything that will aid to me losing body fat.

I'm probably 5% bf and live on fast food all day long - just genetics I guess. Only on 1200 mgs/wk - 600 test and 600 eq, that's it. Just added the carao and BAC avena sativa, not getting the same juice results as I used too. Am 6'3" and 235 lbs.
 
Ever sinse I started taking ALA 1500 mg's daily, I have been able to eat 4000 to 5000 calories a day without gaining any bodyfat at all. I just gain water retention and always stay below 7% bodyfat without even trying. But The downside is that I can never gain muscle very easily. I have an ectomorphic bodytype which makes it close to impossible to hit the 200 lb mark at 7% bodyfat or less. Gear or not.
 
I have to eat clean my body likes to get fat. My buddy and old workout partner stays ripped year round eating shit. I shit you not he won a state bodybuilding champioship and ate Big Mac value meal the day of the show. He has trouble keeping bodyfat on. What a problem to have,,, lol. I think we are all different. you have to learn what works for you!!

I'm the same way, and my friend is similar to yours.
I'm starting to diet, and am going to eat clean. He started his cycle a few days ago and will eat garbage the whole cycle. I'm starting next week, and he will be leaner than me.
 
I eat 5 meals a day which couple of them are fast foods and in between eat shit loads of sweets like cheese cakes and pastries and junk like that for calories. Never put on any fat, just genetics I guess. Fina helped a lot though keeping me tight.
 
i am very envious of you guys that dont have to eat a clean diet and maintain a ripped physique. Unfortunlety i have to admit its worth it to me to eat what I want and not get ripped. If juice can make a difference considering I take it in a safe manner, then that way i shall go.
 
This is an interesting thread! I've also noticed the ALA effect.

I really don't think it's all diet, and some anabolic compounds seem to make a relatively high number of carbs more "acceptable" for building lean mass. Test, dbol, EQ, winny... for me all of these have allowed me to basically eat a high calorie diet (some clean meals, quite a few pizzas) and actually lose fat.

Others must have genetics on their side.

Of course it helps if you work out.
 
I could only eat like crap and stay shredded back when I was 17. McDonalds and weight gain shakes and I still was able to compete with no dieting. Didnt have much size but was pretty cut for doing nothing....and not knowing much

yeah me too...i eat whatever i want and never go above 10% bodyfat. I've been bulking for the past 2 years and bf is still the same. But like augastes_stiranko said, its hard as fuck to break the 200lb mark. I also take 1000mg's ALA a day. But here's a question, if ALA helps you stay lean, should you take when on bulking. I mean does it just help you not gain fat or does it inhibite you total gain (fat and muscle)?
