water based i use a 29g slim needle. i take 1000mcg per week. 21g is for oil based drugs.

Vitamin B12? Why in the world would you inject that unless you have pernicious anemia? It's rare to be deficient in it.

I was going to ask the same thing. Unless your blood test shows deficiency or you're anemic, have HIV or have cancer, there is no point.
Taking too much b12 cannot hurt in any case since it's water soluable, but it's not adding any benefit if not needed
