I'm a sax guy who sometimes plays bass for extended periods of time in the absence of a real bass player. (Gotta have a rythym section, you know)

Ok, I'm a wanna-be bass player.

I'm pretty strong, and sometimes help the drummer carry his stuff in. That's definately the extent of my drumming.

he doesnt mean that kind of drum and bass. drum and bass is the name people may use for 'techno' but there are many diff forms of electonic music and drum and bass is one of them.

Way too minimalist for me. I could see listening to it as filler for when I'm doing something that requires full attention.

it's the ideal music for white people to dance to especially with a crunchy 2-step beat to skip around to. I try to get to movement or the end a couple of times a month.. dont listen to it much when I'm chillin tho.
