Bro go check out Preakness. It happens every year, actually I think it's one of the triple crown horse races. If you can get past the white trash it's real fun.
A more upscale version is Gold Cup, which is a bout 90 minutes away from DC in southern DC. Both have lots of attractive young women, however you'll see a lot more girls flashing boobs in Preakness (near baltimore) than in Gold Cup.
