Anyone here familiar with bodyfortress whey protien?

I picked it up at wal mart its pretty cheap 11.97 to be exact just wondering if its any good or if anyone else has tried it.

I can't really comment on the effects, but I can tell you it was one of the more "blander" tasting protein powders I've taken.

I love that stuff and yes its dirt cheap, there nothing wrong with it. Lots of the superior protein powders give you nothing more than a lighter wallet.

the only thing i noticed about this stuff is it has alot of cholesterol in it.

made me ill. it tastes ok but made me very thirsty and nauseated for two days having 3 shakesa day, i lost 3lb, fucked me up must have something in it that didnt agree with me!

You kno what, now that I think of it my roomate had really bad diareah after taking this stuff. It didn't agree with him either.

Me and the wife have used it for quiet a while with no side effects. I guess to each their own.
