Anyone here beat the game Half Life?

I at the end guy and I cannot beat that fucker. I guess you need to shoot him in the head when it opens up but I rarely go that high. Is there a trick to bounce that high up? I want to get way up the the highest ledge. Not to mention I have yet to get the cheat codes to work to get unlimited ammo.

I dont remember that well but I believe there are crystals around the top of the level you must shoot, then hes more vulnerable.

Ok im really trying to remember, there should be one of those alien things that are like trapolines on the ground try running over them, and i beleive there are vulnerable spots but i cant remember which.
