Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Hey, one of my buddies who doesnt own a computer is considering being a cop, fbi, or something in that type of field. The question is he did one cycle of winstrol a couple years a go and is nervous that they might do some type of lie detector or something like that. He doesnt know if he should just confess to doing it when he was a teenager or if he should act like it never happened. If you know, please tell me and I will forward the info. thanks!!

My brother is in the cop academy. He did some weed and some ice in high school. He was honest about it, though, and I think it's important that you disclose it and express sincere regret and that it was a learning experience..right, boys and girls?? lol 
I don't know about making it the FBI because they can chew you up alive!!! lol

Yup... easy technique... just spend all afternoon saying yes yes no yes no yes no no no no yes yes yes... over and over till the words have no meaning. Then when you take the test put the question out of your mind as soon as you answer it.... and keep repeating your yes no yes no mantra in your head.

Would you guys think that the steroids would screw him out of the job? He is currently going to college and did the cycle months a go, but by the time he gets out of school it wont be for another few years. Plus he was thinkin about taking another cycle but now that he is thinking of going into that field hes nervous to do it.

The cops have no idea he did the gear so he shouldnt have any reason to get nervous if they asked him. As long as he answers as calmly as he does with any other questions he should be fine.

He has no reason to be nervous, and he has to be consistent with his answers on the lie detector test and the PSYCHOLOGICAL test is long and boring. They ask you the same questions over and over throughout the exam .When he goes to another department to test he has to say the same answers because the inspectors DO talk to each other and if you told one person thing and another something different they can compare notes and you will be busted. good luck
My boy just passed his last test to become a Secret Service Agent. He did weed and other rec. drugs in HS and College. He was honest on the form that asked about using drugs, and when he went in for the interview he said they he tried the a few times when he was young and immature in high school and has since learned from the experience. They didnt even make a big deal over it from what he told me of the interview...
so if it were me I would be honest about it...

THEY HAVE CERTAIN TIME LIMITS FOR WHEN YOU COULD HAVE TAKEN CERTAIN DRUGS YOU SHOULD BE FINE IF IT WAS WHEN YOU WERE A TEENAGER NO PROBLEM STEROIDS AINT THAT BIG A DEAL TO THEM ANYWAY. I KNOW A SHITLOAD OF COPS WHO TAKE JUICE. DON'T LIE ABOUT ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU.
OK, here is the low down. it really depends where he wants to work. I am employed now, but have been eliminated for roid use. In one dept. in particular the chief eliminated me based on me admitting to the use. I challenged and he was fired because he said that i failed the polygraph. I passed the test, but I wasn't the guy he wanted. In police dept.'s it sometimes comes to politics. Lay off the juice till you get the job and then a few years later dabble with a small cycles. you don't want to bring attention to yourself by gaining 20-30 pounds in 8 or less weeks. Also its a great job, but shift work and weekends suck!
